To be considered for this scholarship, applicants must:

  • Be a member of the NAACP Milwaukee Branch Youth Council

  • Be actively engaged in the NAACP Milwaukee Branch Youth Council

  • Complete and submit both the application and essay by the identified deadline

  • Provide proof of college enrollment, including a college schedule with the official college seal, prior to receiving scholarship funds
